The RESERVATION takes effect after our written confirmation :
after receipt of your completed reservation form and the reservation payment:
for a pitch : 100 €uro + 12 euros for registration = 112 €uro
for a rental : 50 % of the total rental amount + 12 €uro

In the event of cancellation, 45 days are noticed must be given for refund to be allowed. If this period is not kept to, no reimbursement will take place.
Registration-costs are non-refundable. We do everything possible to let you have the chosen pitch, but the number of the pitch has no contractual value. In case of a change in holiday dates, the number of the pitch may be changed.
Every pitch or rental must be occupied before 8 p.m. on the day of arrival, mentioned in the contract. If we do not receive a message, justifying the delay in arrival, the pitch or the rental will be available the next day at 12 noon. The period, mentioned in the contract, has to be paid for in total; neither reduction nor reimbursement will be allowed for a late arrival or an earlier departure.
On the day of ARRIVAL the reservation-confirmation must be presented at the reception desk and the camping regulations have to be signed. YOU
PAY FOR YOUR STAY ON ARRIVAL.
For a rental the amount remaining for the period has to be paid on arrival

+ a guarantee of 230 €uro for the rental, which amount will be reimbursed
on the day of departure if the rental has been well kept ; every damage or loss
will be deducted from the guarantee-amount

+ a guarantee of 65 €uro for the final cleaning : the rental must be left
clean; if this is not the case, the guarantee of 65 €uro will not be refunded.
The management reserves the right to annul the reservation on the day of arrival if the occupants (maximum 6 persons per pitch) are not those
mentioned on the contract of reservation (reservation contract nontransferable).
