COVID cancellation policy

We have made our policy more flexible for all trips booked during the 2022 season.

You can cancel or change** your booking until the day before your arrival for a reason related to Covid-19*. You will be offered either a refund or voucher for the amount paid, valid for 18 months from the date of issue, less booking and insurance fees.

This policy is in addition to our current Terms and Conditions

* The campsite is required to close, your place of residence is in lockdown, borders closed for Covid-19, one of your guests has Covid-19 at time of departure.

** subject to availability at the time of cancellation
